10. Disconnecting the reader
We advise you to disconnect the reader using the command "Remove
Hardware Safely" which can be activated by clicking on the corresponding
icon in the taskbar
lower right. Select the "Multi Card Reader" device and click "Stop" When
the message "It is safe to remove the hardware" appears on your screen,
disconnect the reader from your computer PC.

11. Frequent questions

I insert the DNI in the reader but the certificate does not work
Please make sure the card is inserted correctly. If you still do not recognize
it, unplug the reader and connect it again. If you still do not read your
certificate please go to the question: I can not see the Root DNIe certificate,
because it may be due to a problem with the installer.
