b)
To prevent the device from accidentally switching on,
make sure the switch is on the OFF position before
connecting to a power source.
3.4 Safe device use
a)
Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not
function properly (does not switch the device on and
off). Devices which cannot be switched on and off
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not
be operated and must be repaired.
b)
Make sure the plug is disconnected from the
socket before attempting any adjustments, tool
replacements or before putting the device aside.
Such precautions will reduce the risk of accidentally
activating the device.
c)
When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device,
who have not read the user manual. The device may
pose a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
d)
Maintain the device in a good technical state. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of
the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the
device for repair before use.
e)
Keep the device out of the reach of children.
f)
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualified persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
g)
To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory fitted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
h)
When transporting and handling the device between
the warehouse and the destination, take into account
the occupational health and safety principles for
manual transport operations which apply in the
country where the device will be used.
i)
Avoid situations where the device halts during
use due to excessive loading. This may result in
overheating of the drive elements and device
damage.
j)
Do not touch articulated parts or accessories, unless
the device has been disconnected from a power
source.
4. USE GUIDELINES
4.1 Device description
The Beverage Dispenser designed for cooling and
dispensing drinks, juices, cold tea or milk.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from non-
intended uses of the device.

4.2 Preparing for use

APPLIANCE LOCATION
The temperature of the environment must not be higher
than 40°C and the relative humidity should be less than
85%. Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the
device is used. The minimum distance between the sides of
the device and the walls should be at least 15cm on each
side. Keep the device away from hot surfaces. Operate the
device on flat, stable, clean, refractory and dry surfaces out
of the reach of children and people with mental disabilities.
Install the device making sure that constant access to the
main plug is ensured. The power cord connected to the
appliance must be properly grounded and correspond
to the technical details. Before the first use, remove all
elements and clean them along with the entire device.
The surface on which the device will be set must be strong
enough in order to support the device with its load. The
device may not be exposed to direct incidence of sunrays
or rainfall. The device is intended for indoor use and the
ambient temperature should not exceed the range from 1
to 40°C.
NOTE! Never immerse the device in water or pour it with a
stream of water.
NOTE! Do not activate the cooling function when the
device is empty (without water or drinks), this can lead to
damage to the device.
NOTE! Clean the device regularly in order to prevent
permanent deposition of pollutants.
ASSEMBLY OF THE DEVICE
1.
Unpack the entire device.
2.
Wash the entire device before each use.
3.
Place the device on the appropriate surface.
4.
Mount the drip tray to the device.
4.3 Device use
Turning on the device.
Production of ice cream and cold drinks:
1.
Prepare drinks for cooling.
2.
Connect the device to the power supply
3.
Pour the drinks intended for cooling. Pay attention
so that the filling level will not exceed the MAX level.
4.
Switch on the buttons responsible for mixing and
cooling.
5.
Wait the time which the machine needs to cool the
drinks (about 1.5 hours).
6.
After cooling down and mixing the drink, it can be
poured by means of the tap lever into appropriate
containers, cups, etc. If the drink cools down, the
device will stop cooling under the influence of
the temperature sensor. Cooling will be activated
automatically when the temperature of the drinks
increases (up to ca. 12°C).

Once you finish using the device, it is always
necessary to pour out the remaining drink, turn the
device off, disconnect it and wash all parts of it that
are in contact with drinks. NOTE! It is advisable to
pour the already pre-chilled drinks into the device.
NOTE! In the event of a sudden power supply
failure, the device will turn on with a 5-minute
delay, because otherwise the compressor could be
amaged. The cooling start delay will always occur
after reactivating the device if it was turned off a
moment earlier.

4.4 Cleaning and maintenance

NOTE! Disconnect the machine from the power
supply before carrying out maintenance work.
NOTE! Do not pour the device with water or do not
allow the electrical parts of the machine to soak.
NOTE! In order to prevent the growth of any bacteria
in the device, it is necessary to use only special
cleaning agents intended for cleaning surfaces made
of plastic.
NOTE! Never wash the machine parts by means of
an automatic dishwasher as this may lead to damage
to the parts.
NOTE! Never use aggressive disinfectants or
corrosive detergents for cleaning.

In the event of a frost hazard, it is necessary to
empty, clean and dry the device.
it is recommended to clean and disinfect every day
and as often as it is ordered by law in the place where
the device is used
Automatic washing of the device:
Empty the device of the remaining drinks.
Remove the device covers
Pour lukewarm water into the tanks of the device.
Mount the tank covers
Turn on the button (9) in order to start mixing
Allow the device to operate in the mixing mode for
a few minutes and then perform all the activities
several times in order to thoroughly rinse the device.
Repeat these activities until the water flowing out of
the device is clean.
After performing these activities, it is necessary to
empty the device of water, turn it off and disconnect
it from the power supply.
NOTE! In order to properly clean and disinfect the
device, the person performing these activities should
thoroughly wash and disinfect their hands.
Remove the device covers.
Unscrew the nut from the mandrel holding the lever
in position, remove the mandrel and pull the piston
out of the tap pipe.
NOTE! All gaskets should be removed in the course
of cleaning in order to minimize the risk of bacterial
growth.
Remove the container by pulling it vertically up.
Remove the agitator by pulling it up.
Remove the drip tank.
Clean the disassembled parts of the device
completely by means of warm water and dishwashing
liquid.

Rinse the parts with water and place them in a
disinfectant solution for about 15 minutes or
for the time recommended by the disinfectant
manufacturer.
After a disinfecting bath, it is necessary to rinse the
parts thoroughly with water and wipe dry with a soft
cloth.
Wash the whole device with a mild detergent
designed for cleaning surfaces that have contact
with food
Rinse the entire device with a sponge soaked in
water and then wipe dry with a soft cloth.
NOTE! Assembling the machine must be done after
previous thorough cleaning and disinfection of
hands.
It is recommended to use lubricant for mechanical
elements having contact with food in order to
properly assemble the device, to avoid leaks and
damage. Contacting surfaces of moving elements of
the device must be lubricated with a lubricant.
Moisten the bottom of the tank with water at the
point where it contacts the gasket in order to
facilitate the assembly of the device.
Mount the tank making sure that it will fit the gasket
and other elements of the device.
Assemble the levers on the device tap. Before
assembly, it is recommended to lubricate the
connections of moving elements with a lubricant.
NOTE! Inaccurate mounting of the lever may cause
damage to parts of the device.
Mount the drip tray.
Mount the agitator by inserting it into the mandrel
with the opening in the middle of the tank. Turn
the agitator slightly so that it will be blocked at the
bottom of the mandrel.
Mount the device covers.
Disinfection of the device
In case the device has not been used for several days, but it
was previously washed and disinfected, before subsequent
use it must be disinfected by performing the following
activities:
Remove the device covers.
Pour the disinfectant into the container of the device
following the recommendations of the disinfectant
manufacturer.
Mount the covers.
Switch on the mixing function.
Wait the amount of time recommended by the
manufacturer of the disinfectant, but not longer than
15 minutes.
Pour the device disinfectant through the tap. Press
the levers at least 10 times in order to distribute the
disinfectant respectively in the tank outlet.
Rinse the device by repeating all disinfection
activities by replacing the disinfectant with water.
The device is ready for use now.
Replacement of gaskets.
It is necessary to replace each gasket which has obvious
signs of wear or is leaking.
