35. Stow hand pump handle in the
spring clips on pump mounting
plate (FIG. 19-1).
36. Attach hand pump operation
decal inside the pump cover as
shown in FIG. 19-2.
37. Bolt on the pump cover as shown
in FIG. 19-3. Torque the bolts to
10-14 lb-in.
