6.- CAPACITY OF THE FIREPLACE.
For burning coal and wood.
The hearth (boiler) features two levels
for the grill. The lower level to work at
maximum power and the upper level
for reduced power (mod. L-09 CA).
In the L-09 CC model, the height of the
grill is adjusted by means of an elevator

device and users may place it at any
height they require.
If you plan to use the cooker on a
limited basis, especially in summer,
limiting the amount of heat transmitted
to the water, we recommend placing
the grill at the highest level.
