hand-held shower head. If you do not understand any part of these warnings, cautions or

WARNING: If components are damaged or missing, contact your dealer immediately. DO NOT
use substitute parts. Use only Lumex replacement parts. Non-Lumex replacement parts
could cause personal injury and damage to the hand-held shower head.

by improper assembly, installation or use of this product.
INSTALLATION
1. Remove all contents from packaging.
2. Attach the mounting bracket to the end of the shower arm on the
wall. Ensure the mounting bracket threaded rod is facing down when
tight as shown in picture at right.
3. Place one rubber washer in the end of the hose as shown at right.
4. Attach the end of the hose in which you just placed a rubber washer
to the bottom of the mounting bracket. Turn hose nut clockwise
until tight. Caution - Do not overtighten.
5. Insert the other rubber washer into the other end of the hose as shown.
6. Attach the remaining end of the hose to the end of the shower head by
turning the threaded collar clockwise. Caution - Do not overtighten.
Note: Plumber's tape (not included) may be needed to seal thread-
ed areas.
WARNING: Ensure that the hand-held shower head is installed
as described. If the hand-held shower head is not properly as-
sembled and installed, personal injury and damage to the hand-held shower head could re-
sult.
MAINTENANCE
To clean the hand-held shower head, wash it with soap and water or a mild detergent, then rinse it
with water.
Caution: Never use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on any part of the hand-held shower head.
WARRANTY
GF Health Products, Inc. warrants the Lumex 12038/12039 Hand-Held Shower Head for three years
against manufacturer's defects. If a product is deemed to be under warranty, GF Health Products, Inc.
shall provide, at its option, (1) replacement of any defective part or product or (2) a credit of the origi-
nal selling price made to GF Health Products, Inc.'s initial customer. The warranty does not include any
labor charges incurred in replacement part(s) installation or any associated freight or shipping charg-
es to GF Health Products, Inc.
