Troubleshooting
If your music device does not respond to your FreeRein earbuds there may be a
simple explanation such as a dead battery or an unsuccessful pairing. Please use the
following to help troubleshoot your situation. If none of the following solve your issue,
then please contact iFrogz Customer Service and one of our trained professionals will
be happy to assist you.
1. There is popping or static when listening to music.
• Turn down the volume on the FreeRein earbuds and turn it up on your music device.
2. The earbuds are not pairing.
• If you have used your FreeRein earbuds with another device, have that device
forget them and try pairing again. Additionally, try charging your earbuds to make
sure they have adequate power.
3. You receive an error message when pairing your FreeRein earbuds.
• Ensure you are following the proper steps to pair the earbuds and try pairing
again. If they still do not pair, contact iFrogz Customer Service.
