1. Switch off the EPS 200 at the master switch.
2. Secure the master switch with a padlock to prevent
renewed switch-on.
3. Unplug the mains connector from the socket.
4. Remove the bolts (Fig. 1, Item 3) of the left housing
cover (Fig. 1, Item 2).
5. Detach the ground wire (Fig. 1, Item 1) from the
housing cover (Fig. 1, Item 2).

Disassembly
1. Disassemble the tensioning roller (Fig. 2, Item 4). To
do so, remove the hexagon socket head bolt (Fig. 2,
Item 5).
2. Remove the toothed belt (Fig. 2, Item 1).
3. Remove the hexagon nut (Fig. 2, Item 6) and spring
lock washer (Fig. 2, Item 7). To do so, hold the toothed
belt sprocket (Fig. 2, Item 8) with a strap wrench.
4. Use a puller to detach the toothed belt sprocket
(Fig. 2, Item 8) from the shaft.
5. Unscrew the stud (Fig. 2, Item 2) by 2 to 3 turns.
6. Use a puller to detach the toothed belt sprocket
(Fig. 2, Item 3) from the shaft.

Assembly

Prior to assembly of the HDT toothed belt sprockets,
clean the drive shafts and the holes of the toothed
belt sprockets with a clean cloth.
1. Apply one or two drops of Loctite 243 locking com-
pound to the thread of the stud supplied.
2. Screw the stud (Fig. 2, Item 2) 1 to 2 turns into the
small HDT toothed belt sprocket (Fig. 2, Item 3).
3. Slide the small HDT toothed belt sprocket (Fig. 2,
Item 3) onto the shaft until the shaft is flush with the
toothed belt sprocket (Fig. 2, Item 3).
