• Repairs may be carried out only by
Schneider Druckluft GmbH or its approved
service partners.
• Prohibited: manipulation, inappropriate
use, temporary repairs, use of other ener-
gy sources, removal or use of damaged
safety equipment, operating a leaking or
malfunctioning system, use of non-original
spare parts, exceeding the permitted
working pressure specified (max. + 10%),
working without protective equipment,
transporting / maintaining / repairing or
leaving a pressurised machine unattended,
using other / unsuitable lubricants, smok-
ing, naked flames, removing stickers.

Commissioning
Before start-up:
1. Observe technical data, figures, item
numbers, intended use and safety in-
structions
(see Instruction manual, Part 1, Chap-
ter: "Technical data" and the "Intended
use" chapter).
2. Carry out a visual inspection.
3. Do not use below 5° C.
4. Loosen the threaded pins (item 06) on
both sides (Fig. 2a).
5. Insert the saw blade (item 04) into the
saw blade support (Fig. 2a) from the
front.
6. Tighten both threaded pins (item 06) as
shown in Fig. 3a.

7. Check that the saw blade is seated se-
curely.
8. Loosen the threaded pins (item 07) on
both sides (Fig. 4a).
9. Adjust the stop (item 05) if required.
(adjust the longitudinal distance).
10. Tighten both threaded pins (item 07) as
shown in Fig. 4a.
Compressed air connection:
1. Install an upstream maintenance unit
with filter pressure reducer and mist oil-
er.
2. Press the quick-action coupling of the air
hose onto the plug nipple (item 01)
(Figure 1a).
Operation:
1. Position the stop (item 05) on the car
body saw against the vehicle body sheet.
2. Fold over the safety lever (item 08).
3. Press the trigger and (item 02) begin
cutting.
After use:
1. Disconnect the quick-action coupling
from
the
plug
(Figure 1b).

Remove the saw blade.
3. Clean and store the device in dry condi-
tion

Maintenance
Regular lubrication is required!
Oil using a maintenance unit
with filter pressure reducer and mist oiler.
Add oil manually into the
plug nipple (item 01).
For long breaks in operation, also oil via
plug nipple (item 01) using special oil for
compressed air tools.
