SLEEP MONITOR
Activates or deactivates sleep mode, view
the current sleep status, and delete the
saved data history.

If you activate the sedentary reminder,
mobile will alert you if the set time elapses
and the watch did not detect movement.
PULSOMETER
Pulsometer function, it has two modes.
Continuous mode, in order to do a
continuous measurement of the heart
rate. Not continuous mode, press to do
one measurement of your heart rate (this
action reduces less the battery than before
mode).
