9. In the event of problems

Cause
The load on the massage
heads is too great.
The massage has been
activated for the limited
region.
Appliance not connected to
the power supply.
Device not switched on.
Transport lock has not been
removed, the massage
mechanism is damaged.
Overheating protection tripped,
device is damaged.
Remedy
Reduce the contact pressure on the head.
Press the MASSAGE button to change/expand the
region.
Connect the plug to the mains supply and switch
on the appliance.
Switch the device on with
