To fi x the push button panel to the wall:
1.
wall appropriately the fl ush mounting boxes up.
2.
screw before the lowest part of the module support on the lowest hole of AN6009 modular fl ush mounting
box, by using the provided security screws and the provided suitable tool.
3.
Make electric connnections as shown in the diagram
4.
close the push button panel by rotating it up and screw the upper part.
Connection to AN9854/8 button interface card
This card can interface up to 8 buttons of the push button panel and must be connected to the digitizer
module.
For its installation follow the instructions below:
1.
insert the button modules and connect the button commons
2.
connect the COM wire of the card to the common of the call buttons.
3.
position the card on the board, paying attention to insert the 4 rheophors below the corresponding
clamps of the buttons.
4.
tighten the clamps and lock the card by means of the supplied button.
5.
insert the female connector cabled on the card, on the male connector of the previous card, or the
connector of the digitiser AN9847.
Section of conductors
With the door phone system
-BUS Bitron Video we can implement installations with distances up to 300 m.
(maximal distance between the door phone and the farthest external unit). The minimum conductor section
depends strictly upon the distance and number of the door phones connected.
The table resumes the section of conductors in mm

The sections in the table refers to the hypothesis of one column, to which all door phones are connected.
If several columns are present, the section of each column is obtained from the table, considering the
number of tenants and the distance of each column.

Example: we consider the following installation.
This installation features 3 columns A, B and C.
Column A with 28 tenants, column B with 48 tenants, and column C with 20 tenants, for a total of 96 tenants.
We presume also that in each column the distance between the external unit and the farthest door phone is
150 m.
The section of conductors required to implement the columns A and B obtained from the table, shall be 0,5

(150 mt for less than 30 door phones), whereas, always on the same table, the section for column C is
obtained: 0,8 mm

We recommend to add a supplementary (AV7362) riser power supply every 100m.
BUS connections (polarized)
The 2 wires connecting in parallel all door phones (through the terminals B+ B-) shall be connected considering
the polarity. In the case of video systems, the other wires A, B and 3 shall be connected to the monitor,
considering the standard rules used in the distribution of a video signal.

AN9847/L DIGITIZER
2
The door phone system Bitron
is essentially a digital system, and therefore the connection system of the buttons differs from the standard
systems.
To semplify connections at best, is used AN9854/8 product to interface call buttons (1 card every 8 buttons).
