BENCH BELT SANDER
SAFETY ADVICE
SAFE WORKING PRACTICE
Do not leave an object on the sandpaper for an excessive amount of time.
Ensure there is adequate space around this machine.
Do not touch the sandpaper whilst the machine is running.
Do not allow this machine to become wet.
Do not pull on the cable.
Turn off when not in use.
Never attempt to remove material from the sander when it is plugged in or running.
Always unplug the machine from the electrical outlet before performing any kind of
maintenance work.
Never leave the sander unattended when it is plugged in or running.
Check for damage and wear before and after use. If damaged, replace parts before use.
Do not operate tools if under the influence of alcohol or prescription drugs.
Ensure the machine has got up to speed before applying the workpiece to the belt.
Always turn off the sander at the switch before unplugging.
