Inflatable Liner
INFLATION
While wearing the helmet,
use your thumb to press the
red inflation ball at the chin
bar multiple times to the
desired fit.
Avoid setting the pressure
too tight to your cheeks.
Release the air and re-pump
if fit is too tight.
DEFLATION
Deflate before you attempt to
remove your helmet from your
head.
Press the small metal air
release button next to the red
inflation button to quickly
release the air pressure. The
air will slowly release in a few
seconds.
DO NOT modify, puncture, or damage the air bladders in
any way. If the air bladders, or any other part of the
inflation/deflation system becomes damaged or faulty,

Liner Removal
REMOVING THE CHEEK PADS
1. Grip one cheek pad by slipping your
fingers behind the pad near the eyeport.
Gently pull the cheek pad away from the
helmet to release the three plastic
retainer snaps.
2. Remove the plastic cheek pad flange
from the helmets lower rim along the
rubber trim. Reverse entire process to
reinstall.
REMOVING THE CROWN LINER
Once both cheek pads are removed,
grasp the crown liner near the back of
the head, and pull the liner toward the
eyeport to release the two plastic snaps.
Once unsnapped gently tug on the
crown liner to release it from the
forehead tension groove.
Reverse entire process to reinstall.
Chin Vent Replacement
The removable chin vent piece gives the option of replacement
from damage or ease of cleaning.
Simply slide up the lock tab with your finger and lift out the chin
vent piece while the lock tab is in the up position.
Place the new chin vent piece into place and slide the lock tab
down into its normal locking position.
