Use only blades marked with a maximum
operating speed greater than the bladeshaft
speed.

SET-UP PROCEDURE
•
Set the moveable head to the back end of the
rail and immobilize it with the locking knob
(Fig. 1 - A).
•
Install the legs:
*
Loosen the four leg knobs (Fig. 4 - B).
*
Tip the table up at the front end (or entire
saw can be raised, legs installed and then saw
lowered).
*
Insert two of the legs into the front leg supports.
Check the angle of the feet for correct
installation.
*
Tighten knobs (Fig. 4 - B) to hold legs secure as
each leg is installed.
*
Proceed in the same way for the back leg
supports. (Immobilize head at front end of rail with
the locking knob to hold in place while tipping the
back end of the table.)
*
Check that the legs are all locked into their
correct position.
*
Set table down on all four legs and check that the
saw is sitting on a level surface, ready for sawing.
For these different operations always discon-
nect the machine from the power source.

BLADE INSTALLATION
•
Disconnect the machine from the power source.
•
Remove the two handknobs and the guard
(Fig. 1 - C).
•
Loosen locking lever (Fig. 1 - J) and raise cutting head
with adjusting lever (Fig. 1 - H).
•
Loosen the nut (Fig. 2 - D) using the 30mm wrench.
NOTE: Nut holding the blade has a left-hand
thread, turn Clockwise to loosen.
•
Remove the outer flange (Fig. 2 - E).
•
Fit the diamond blade.
Rotation direction is indicated by an
arrow on one of its sides.
Make sure flanges are clean.
