Troubleshooting
Possible Cause and Solution
Check if the plug has disconnected from the socket. Connect the power
again.
Check if the covers on the left and right are installed completely. Re-
cover the covers on the left and right carefully.
It may be because of interferences. Unplug the power and restart the
unit after 15 minutes later.
The activated carbon filter or the unit may be polluted. Clean the acti-
vated carbon filter or the unit. Or replace with a new activated carbon
filter.
The HEPA filter may be polluted. Clean the HEPA filter or replace with
a new one.
The dirt may not be absorbed to the filters. Move to another room to
work continuously under high fan speed.
The room size may be too large to the applicable area.
