2. Gently plug the end with the Lightning connector into
your iPad/iPhone/iPod, your device should indicate
syncing has begun.
3. Open iTunes® in your computer if it does not open
automatically.
4. Look for your device name, it should appear on the top
toolbar in iTunes®.
NOTE: Please refer to the user guide of your device for
more information.
Troubleshooting
Issue: The Dual USB AC adapter will not charge any devices.
Solution: Verify the following:
• The devices being charged do not pull more than 2.4
Amps total.
• There is no dirt or debris on the prongs of the USB
AC adapter.
• The power outlet has power.
Issue: The Dual USB AC adapter will not charge two
tablets at the same time.
Solution: The USB AC adapter cannot exceed 2.4 Amps
total. Some examples of devices the adapter can
simultaneously charge are:
• 1 iPad
• 1 Tablet
• 2 iPhones
• 2 Smartphones
Issue: The LED indicator does not light up when plugged in.
Solution: Make sure that there is power coming om
