Troubleshooting

Symptom
Machine will not start.
Bag full indicator lights
but bag is not full.

Plug unit in.
Switch unit to Power On by pressing the forward
button (green LED lights).
Feed paper in to the center of the feed opening
where the auto sensing photo cell is located.
Close the cabinet door.
Empty the shred bag.
Close safety guard.
Unplug unit from electrical outlet.
Remover paper debris between the cutting head
from below with a brush (not included). Figure 18.
