13. TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
System is are
non leaktight
The pressure «jumps»
when closing the lid
When opening the lid,
the gauge needle does
not deflect

14. PACKAGING

UPG is packed in the wooden box.
The inner surface of the box is lined with polyethylene film.
A set of spare parts and operational documentation are packed in polyethylene film bags.

15. TRANSPORTATION

Device packed in the wooden box can be transported in the closed and dry compartments of any
kind of transport at an ambient temperature from -40 °C up to +60 °C and up to 100% relative
humidity.
Possible reason
Sealing surfaces of rubber
ring and lid are dirty
Rubber tubes or rubber ring
are damaged
Insert are non leaktight
Pressure gauge and/or nozzle
are non leaktight
The integrity of gaskets of
the sealing nozzle or/and
manometer is disrupted
The elastic properties of
sealing ring are disturbed
The opening of the dosing
unit is clogged

Solution
Wipe the ring with
a wet cloth
Replace rubber tubes
or ring
Detect the leakage and
eliminate it or replace the
inserts
Place the inserts in a
container with water heated
up to (45+5) С. By forming
о
air bubbles the place of
leakage can be determined.
Wipe the inserts with a dry
rag and weld the marked
place.
Screw the manometer and/or
the nozzle up to the stop
Change gaskets
Change the sealing ring
Remove the manometer,
unscrew and blow out the
dosing unit
