1. Unplug and completely cool.
2. Remove chafing dishes, lids and chafing dish holder.
3. Chafing dishes and lids are dishwasher-safe in top rack
of dishwasher.
4. Wash chafing dish holder in hot, soapy water. Rinse
and dry.
5. Wipe the warming tray surface with a soft, damp towel
and dry.
6. Do not use steel wool, scouring pads, or abrasive cleansers
on any part of this appliance. Never use sharp or pointed
objects for cleaning.
NOTE: DO NOT use the "SANI" setting when washing in the
dishwasher. "SANI" cycle temperatures could damage your
appliance.
