using the product.

Operating principle

The germicidal properties of ultraviolet light are widely
known. It is known that UV light with wavelength ran-
ges between 185 and 254 nanometers is able of interac-
ting with the DNA of germs, causing their death in a
very short time.
For its part, light with a wavelength of 185 nanometers
is able of ionizing the oxygen in the air, generating ozo-
ne (O3). This gas has widely proven germicidal proper-
ties. As a gas, it can be introduced through all the cracks
of the object to be disinfected. On the other hand, —and
due to the low concentration— the ozone gas generated
is not harmful for health.
Disinfection range
The device is suitable for the following microorganisms:
bacteria, microbacteria, viruses (different types), spores,
chlamydia, organisms of the fungus group, etc.
