HOW TO OPERATE
As anti black-out lamp
Press the red button to switch on the lamp.
Connect the adaptor supplied with the lamp to the DC jack situated on the lamp,
then connect the adaptor to the wall plug.
In case of power failure or electrical black out the lamp will switch on automa-
tically
As portable lamp
Disconnect the adaptor from the DC jack: the lamp will switch on automa-
tically.
To switch ON/OFF the lamp, press the red button situated on the top of the
lamp
HOW TO CHARGE
Connect the adaptor supplied with the lamp to the DC jack situated on the lamp,
then connect the adaptor to the wall plug.
Green LED will light up: it indicates that the product is charging.
WARNING: green LED does not indicate the charging level of the battery.
WARNING: The product may become slightly warm during charging
In accomplishment of the Directives 2002/95/CE, 2002/96/CE and

GUARANTEE CLAUSES
1. The product is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase
against defects in materials and manufacturing
2. Excluded from the guarantee are: the esthetic components, the batteries,
the knobs, the LEDs, the bulbs, removable parts subject to wear, damage
due to negligence, use, incorrect installation or installation not in accordance
with the warnings in the instruction manual or however caused by pheno-
mena outside the normal operations of the product. In particular, and as an
example, note that the cutting of the power cord of the transformer or the
fact of forgetting to recharge the lead batteries of the products which use

them invalidate the guarantee.
3. The guarantee is invalid if the product has been tampered with or repaired
by unauthorized personnel.
4. Guarantee means the substitution or repair of components identified as
defective from manufacturing including the labor costs.
5. On behalf of Velamp Industries srl discretion, the entire product can be
substituted by the same model or an alternative product, without constitu-
ting any guarantee extension.
6. Compensation for either direct or indirect damage of any nature to persons
or things, for the use of or the suspension of use of the product is excluded.
7. The client is responsible for any transportation fees and risks.

PRECAUTIONS D'USAGE
Charger complètement le produit avant utilisation. Se reporter au para-
graphe "CHARGER LE PRODUIT"
Eteindre le produit lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé. Charger périodiquement le
produit pendant 8 heures, tous les trois mois lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé.
Pour une correcte utilisation : ne pas exposer le produit à l'eau ou à la pluie.
La température d'utilisation optimale est comprise entre 0 °C et 40 °C
En cas de panne ou de mauvais fonctionnement, : ne jamais ouvrir ou
chercher à réparer le produit par vous-même mais adressez vous à un
technicien qualifié.
FONCTIONNEMENT
Lampe anti black-out :
Appuyer sur le bouton rouge pour allumer la lampe.
Connecter le transformateur fourni à la prise d'alimentation de la lampe,
puis au réseau électrique.
La lampe s'allumera automatiquement en cas de coupure de courant.
Lampe portative : Déconnecter le transformateur de la prise d'alimentation
de la lampe: la lampe s'allume automatiquement.
Pour allumer / éteindre la lampe: appuyer sur le bouton rouge situé sur la
partie supérieure de la lampe.
CHARGER LE PRODUIT
Connecter le câble d'alimentation fourni à la prise située sur la lampe.
Connecter ensuite le transformateur à la prise de courant
Le LED vert indique que la recharge de la batterie est en cours.
ATTENTION : le LED vert n'est pas un indicateur du niveau de chargement
de la batterie.
ATTENTION : Durant la charge le produit pourrait se réchauffer légère-
ment.
