Damage due to a cause unrelated to the device is excluded from this warranty. In particular,
the warranty does not apply if the device has been damaged as a result of an impact or a fall, an
incorrect operation, a connection not in accordance with the instructions mentioned in the manual,
the effect of lightning, mains surge, insufficient protection against heat, humidity or frost.
The guarantee extends only to metropolitan France.
The warranty does not cover :
• User manuals, applications, settings, content or data of any kind.
• Normal wear and tear of the product (screens, batteries or camera).
• Any deterioration of the product due to improper use, especially those caused by objects,
pressure, falling.
• Any use of the product that does not comply with the precautions for use stipulated in the user
manual.
• Damage caused to the product by another product connected or used with, an accessory or
software not supplied by Konrow.
• Any damage to the battery.
• The product or its accessories if it has been disassembled or modified in any way.
• Any product that cannot be identified by its serial number or IMEI number (s).
• If these elements have been removed, erased, modified or made illegible, the warranty does
not apply.
• Damage to the product due to exposure to humidity, extreme heat or cold conditions,
corrosion,oxidation, with any liquid whatsoever.
• Any damage to the SIM reader (s) or MicroSD reader.
• In any event, the legal guarantee for hidden defects will apply in accordance with articles 1541
and following of the French Civil Code.
