1.
In Recovery Mode select WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET.
2.
Press ON/OFF button to confirm.
3.
Select YES — DELETE ALL USER DATA, press ON/OFF button
to confirm.
4.
Select REBOOT SYSTEM NOW to finish hardware reset.
MY PHONE CANNOT CONNECT TO A NETWORK OR
"NO SERVICE" IS DISPLAYED
Try connecting in another location. Verify the network coverage
