This nostalgic looking ice cream maker resembles the late 1800's to early 1900's carnival
style carts. While it is designed with this appearance, it is a technologically advanced soft
serve ice cream maker.
The OLD FASHIONED SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM MAKER™ will bring joy to you many
times. Please take care of your machine by following these instructions and precautions.

HOW TO USE

After Taking The Unit Out Of The Box
A.
Your OLD FASHIONED SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM MAKER™ needs little assembly.
Before first use, wipe clean the inside of the unit with a non-abrasive moist sponge or a
non-abrasive towel or cloth and then wipe with a non-abrasive dry towel. See
breakdown picture on page 6.

After cleaning the inside, put the top back on the base of
the unit. See page 8, illustration A.
C.
Wash the mixing paddle, the lid, and the freezer drum.
Now you are ready to enjoy cool, refreshing ice cream from your OLD FASHIONED
SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM MAKER.™
To Begin using your Soft Serve Ice Cream Maker™
First, after washing, place the drum in the freezer 24 hours or overnight depending on the
temperature in your freezer to get it to the proper (-15° to -20° ) temperature for processing
your ice cream.
Find a stable surface near an electrical outlet before starting. (Make sure the cord is away
from any water source. If needed, it is acceptable to use an extension cord.)
Choose your desired recipe and prepare the mixture in advance, allowing it to chill in the
refrigerator to achieve the desired temperature.
1. Plug in your unit in the OFF position.
2.
Remove the drum from the freezer and place it in the OLD FASHIONED
SOFTSERVE ICE CREAM MAKER.™ Make sure the drum is fitted correctly

Place the mixing paddle into the drum, as pictured in Illustration C, on page 9.
4. Make the sure the spout is connected to the unit by turning
locking into place. Make sure the
spout is closed by lifting up the handle.
