Problem
Light will not
turn on.

Check power connections. Check
outlet power. If radion still does not
power on, contact customer
support.
Check LED to determine operational
mode and consult user manual for
specific capacitive button controls.
Check USB connections and verify
you have a compatible operating
system. If Radion is not recognized
when plugged in via USB, reboot
computer and reconnect.
Unplug the Radion from USB, then
unplug power supply. Plug in power
supply and reconnect USB.
Verify that the fan is running and
there is nothing obstructing it.
Make sure that your Radion has
adequate ventilation.
Consult user manual to make sure
you have followed procedures for
multiple unit connection. Check to
make sure units are within twenty
five feet of PC connected unit during
configuration.
