External control model Key
•
The external control mode key only has effect when the drive stops working. It
is used for cut over the different kinds of external control modes.
It has 7 different kinds of external modes:
0) Internal control mode (the display lamp of external control start / stop, the
external control direction & the external control speed are off).
1) External control start / stop mode (the display lamp of external control start /
stop is on; the external control direction & the external control speed indicator
are off).
2) External control commutation mode (the display lamp of the external direction
is on; the external control start / stop and the external control speed light are off).
3) External control speed mode (the display lamp of the external speed control
is on; the external control start / stop and the external control direction are off).
4) External control start/stop and direction mode ( the display lamps of the ex-
ternal control start/stop and the direction are on; the display lamp of the external
control speed is off).
5) External control start/stop and speed mode (the display lamps of the external
control start/stop and the speed are on; the display lamp of the external control
direction is off).
6) External control direction and speed mode (the display lamps of the external
control direction and the speed are on; the display lamp of the external control
start/stop is off).
7) External control start/stop, direction and speed mode (the display lamps of the
external control start/stop, the direction and the speed are on).
Note: When the display lamp of the external control is on, the relevant
key of the internal function will be shielded.

7.2 Remote Control

The 15 needle interface on the back of the machine is the interface which control
the machine through the external signal. We will give customer standard external
control circuit when leave factory, the pin definition of external control circuit is
as below:
1 pin WK-SPEED (blue wire): The signal of external connecting control motor
rotating speed. Standard 0-5V.
2 pin WK-RUN/STOP (green wire): The signal input part of external control start/
stop (high level drive stop running, low level drive run).
3 pin WK-DIRECT (red wire): The signal input part of external direction control
(high level and low level control separately the left-hand and right-hand).
15 pin GND (black wire): Ground wire.
Note:
1.External control receive 0-5V voltage signal for factory default, if other signal
is needed, please contact distributors. To avoid damage the machine, remould
voluntarily is forbidden.
2.External control start/stop,reversing signal, both passive signal
3.To avoid burnout the external control interface, the plug must be inserted and
plucked in off-position.
