NOTE: THIS UNIT IS FULLY ASSEMBLED
1. Remove lamp from packing for use on a horizontal
table.
2. To use on standard table, mount lamp body clamp (A)
on the preferred edge of the table.
3. Grasp by flex-neck (B) and back of body clamp,
squeeze clamp mechanism and slide onto table edge.
Clamp must fully touch table surface.
4. Verify the lamp is secure before using.
5. Plug the cord into a standard household 120V AC
outlet.
6. Turn the lamp ON or OFF by depressing rocker switch
(D) located in the front of body clamp (A).
7. To position the LED light assembly (C) simply bend
the flex-neck (B) as needed to point the light. To avoid
damaging the lamp, DO NOT force flex-neck into a
sharp bend.
8. Flexible neck (B) can swivel at the body clamp
connection. To employ swivel function, loosen inner
screw (F) using "L" wrench tool (G). Over tightening
inner screw will damage the lamp.
9. To use magnifier located in LED light assembly (C),
open protective lid (E). When magnifier not use, close
protective lid (E) for safe cover.

If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it
shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent
or a similar qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. Indoor use
only.
