Washing and care instructions
Please observe the care instructions on the textile la-
bel attached to your orthosis. Take the rear stabilising
girdle out of the orthosis, close the touch fasteners
and wash the orthosis in gentle or delicate cycle at
approx. 30 °C. Wash the orthosis separately the first
time (possibility of colour bleeding). If washing by
hand, rinse the orthosis well and allow it to dry at
room temperature. If possible, lay flat. Do not wring
it out. We recommend using the mild Juzo Special
Detergent. To reduce the drying time, you can place
the orthosis on a thick terry towel, roll it up tightly and
squeeze it firmly. Do not leave it in the towel and do
not place it on a heater or in the sun to dry. Please fas-
ten the stabilising girdle back into the orthosis again
when the orthosis is completely dry. This Juzo prod-
uct must not be cleaned chemically. You can wipe the
stabilising girdle clean with a damp cloth. The cover
can be washed just like the orthosis

Storage information
Store in a dry place and protect from sunlight.
Indications
persistent pain in the lumbar region (chronic lum-
balgia / ligamentosis), breaking of the connection
between two vertebrae (spondylolysis), degenera-
tive vertebral slippage (degenerative spondylolis-
thesis), deterioration in posture (myostatic muscular
insufficiency), mild joint wear (osteochondrosis /
spondylosis / spondylarthrosis), pain syndrome after
operative removal of disc tissue (post-discotomy
syndrome), mild malformation in the lumbar region
(lumbar deformity), irritation of the small vertebral
joints (sacroiliac joint syndrome)
Contraindications
In case of the following syndromes or clinical pic-
tures, the orthosis should only be worn after prior
consultation with the treating physician:
∙ skin diseases or skin irritation;
Wounds in the treatment area are to be covered
with sterile dressings.

Side effects
There are no known side effects when used as di-
rected. However, if negative alterations (such as for
example skin irritation) should occur while the use
of our products has been prescribed, please go to
your physician or your specialist dealer immediately.
If an incompatibility should be known against one
or several ingredients of this product, please check
back with your physician before use. If your medical
condition deteriorates while the use of our products,
please go to your physician immediately. The manu-
facturer is not liable for damages / injuries which have
been caused by improper handling or misuse.
In the case of complaints related to this product, such
as damage to the knitted fabric or problems with the
fit, please contact the medical retailer directly. Only
serious incidents that may lead to a major deterio-
ration of the patient's medical condition or to death
should be reported to the manufacturer and the rele-
vant authority in the Member State. Serious incidents
are defined in Article 2 (65) Regulation (EU) 2017/745
(MDR).
Disposal
Your orthosis can be disposed of through normal
waste channels. No special waste disposal require-
ments apply.
