ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the locking top and drawer unit (A) on its back. Carefully open
the locking top.
2. Slide chrome legs (C) into square holes in corners of locking top (A)
until bolt holes are aligned at top of legs.
3. Determine which side of the service Cart you would like to mount the
Push Handle to. Carefully line up the holes in the Handle with the holes
in the Body and Legs. Insert a Long Bolt with Washer through each of
the holes. Fasten the Bolts using Spring Washers, Washers and Nuts.
Use two Short Bolts, along with Washers, Spring Washers and nuts to
secure the other side of the body to the legs. Do not fully tighten at
this time.
4. Use four bolts to secure legs to bottom of body.
5. Slide bottom tray (B) onto legs and fasten.
6. Mounting casters: Put the four casters (F) in place. The two locking
casters should be on one side of the cart (recommend same side as
push handle) and the two non-locking casters should be on the other
(left or right side, NOT front or back). A rubber mallet is recommended
to ensure casters are fully installed.
7. Return cart to upright position.
