DANZE ALWAYS RECOMMENDS THAT PLUMBING PRODUCTS BE INSTALLED BY A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL.
Danze 3/4'' thermostatic mixing valve extension kit is designed to provide 13/16'' of
additional wall depth. If the finished wall surface falls beyond the maximum marked on
the plaster guard, you need to use the extension kit.
1.
Remove the plaster guard from the 3/4" mixing valve.
2.
Close hot and cold supply valves located either side of the mixing valve body.
3.
Attach the sleeve removal tool (supplied) to the cartridge sleeve.
