7. Mantenimiento

Installation, periodic maintenance and repairs may only
be carried out by persons who are technically
competent, unless stated otherwise (see chapter 1.1.2)

For repairs, maintenance and cleaning work or to
remedy faults: Always switch off the main voltage,
remove the ignition key and follow the instructions in
the manual carefully.

Damage, including consequential damage caused by
external factors, is not covered by the warranty

Do not allow any liquid (e.g. oil) to drain during
maintenance. This is to prevent environmental
pollution. Dispose of the oil according to legal
environmental regulations.

Never use a high-pressure cleaner when cleaning the
machine. Water or moisture can cause an electric shock
!
Always use original parts for repairs to maintain the CE
marking. Parts are available from the manufacturer.

Túnel de desinfección
7.1. Mantenimiento periódico
• Para los trabajos de limpieza del túnel y de las lámparas UV, el túnel
debe estar abierto. Asegúrese de que el interruptor de LÁMPARAS UV esté
apagado.
•
Las lámparas UV y el túnel UV se pueden limpiar con agua.
Utilice un paño para limpiar los tubos. Nunca utilice un pulveri-
zador de alta presión.
•
La caja de control cuenta con un contador de horas. El contador
indica la cantidad de horas de funcionamiento de las lámparas UV. Las
lámparas tienen una vida útil de 16.000 horas.
•
Nunca extraiga las lámparas de la máquina usted mismo. En tal
caso, la garantía quedará sin efecto.
