RECYCLING
European Directive 1994/62/EC
The packaging of our products are optimized to minimize the negative environmental
effects. It is advised that disposal is done responsibly and using recycling.
European Directive 2002/96/EC
Through this document, we propose informing the European Directive on Recycling
Electrical Appliances and Electronics (WEEE). This policy is related to the management of
waste from electrical and electronic equipment and arises from certain EU measures
aimed at protecting the environment. It includes the introduction of a compulsory system of
collection and recycling for all electrical and electronic appliances. The user is responsible
for shipping the unit to a recycling center when it reaches the end of its useful life. Recycling
companies remove the unit's harmful materials and process them in accordance with
established policies. This procedure has the intention to increase the amount of usable
materials. If the unit and/or the owner's manual contains the symbol that is displayed above
on the right, proceed as follows: when the unit has reached its end of life, process it in a
responsible manner in order that this or any of its parts can be reused as far as possible. Do
not throw away the appliance with unsorted household waste; but return it to the dealer
when you buy another similar device or deliver to an authorized recycling place. Contact
the municipal authorities to request information on the nearest places where authorized
selective collection is available. If you want to dispose of the device, while still in a good
condition or can easily repairable, please make sure that it is reusable.
