Problem

Power Pack is overheating.

Cause & Correction
• The charging time may vary due to
environmental temperature. Please
charge in 5 °C to 35 °C (41 °F to 95 °F).
• The charging time may vary when
the PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable
Charger & Power Pack is connected to
PC USB ports (USB specification: 5 V
500 mA).
• The USB port may lack power. Please
disconnect all other devices using USB
ports.
• This may occur when using a USB hub
to charge the PowerTank 10,000 mAh
Portable Charger & Power Pack; please
directly connect it to a PC USB port to
charge.
• The PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable
Charger & Power Pack may emit heat
while charging or during use; if there
is too much heat or smoke, please
stop use.
