Ravioli attachment
(See Annex 2 for illustrations)
•
Make sure that the regulator is in position 5 and that your dough mixture is
not too dry.
•
Place the prepared dough pieces on a not too wet cloth and cut pieces with
the cutting tool (See next chapter) with the length of 50/70 cm.
•
Remove the standard attachment.
•
Replace it with the ravioli attachment.
•
Fold the pieces of dough and insert them between the rollers. Turn the crank
¼ wide to fix the pasta.
•
Take the two ends, separate them and place them over the rolls. One to the
left and one to the right.
•
Use a teaspoon to put the filling between the layers. Evenly distribute 3-4
teaspoons.
•
Carefully operate the crank and repeat the step.
•
After the sheets are filled place them to dry. After the ravioli have dried, they
can be easily separated.
Cutting tool /Pastabike
(See Annex 3 for illustrations)
Preparation: First remove the middle part (figure 1), then remove outer parts
(note the pins) see figure 2. Possible shapes can be seen in the figure above.
Agnolotti and Empanadas: After cutting the desired shapes, place the filling in
the center of the disc, form a half moon and press the edges, see figure 13. You
can also use the „Pastabike" to prepare different shapes for the sweets, see figure
15 and figure 16.
Tortellini: The procedure is very similar to „Agnolotti and Empanadas", compare
figures 8-10.
Preparation of slices: Set up the cutting tool as shown in Figure F (G or H). Place
the tool on the dough hold it firmly and make a 180° circle (Fig. 11-12).
Maintenance
(For illustrations, see Annex. 1)
•
During use (kneading) you should clean the rollers frequently with a kitchen
towel, see figure 12.
•
All components are not dishwasher safe. They will become dull and discolored
if exposed to high heat or strong detergent.
•
To clean the machine, use a brush or a wooden stick, see Figure 14. If
necessary, you can wet the cutting rollers with cooking oil, Figure 15.
•
Do not insert any foreign objects (knife, fork, cloth, etc.) or body parts (fingers)
between the rollers!
