TROUBLESHOOTING

Before making repairs, please read the following content carefully to fix common problems .
STATUS
Battery has no charge .
Battery not properly assembled .
Not powering on
Device is connected to the charger .
Still in Safety Lock mode .
Battery power is low .
Low suction
Filter is clogged .
Dust cup is clogged .
Charger is not plugged into the power
outlet .
Charger plug isn't fully plugged into the
charging port .
Won't charge
Battery not assembled correctly .
Battery is dirty .
Stops during operation
Charging time varies based on conditions and lengths of use .
Charging may take up to 5 hours
Battery Level light is ON while
running
If charged for more than 5 hours and indicator light is still on, please contact
IRIS USA, Inc . customer service .
Device was charged in a high
Decreased running time on full
