Before You Begin

To ensure constant and controlled evaporation, it is
essential to maintain the cartridge wick in optimum
condition and avoid damage to it during the insertion
process. Damage to the wick prior to insertion is not
covered by your warranty.
For optimum results, please ensure there is a renewal
of air within the room The Neutralizer Kit is being
used in.

Inserting The Neutralizer
Essential Oil cartridge
1. Familiarise yourself with both the EME and The
Neutralizer Essential Oil cartridge. Note that the
EME and The Neutralizer Essential Oil cartridge have
an indentation on the exterior surface (shaded area
on the pictogram). These need to match up when
inserting the cartridge into the EME.
2. Remove the blue cap from The Neutralizer
Essential Oil cartridge.
3. Hold the EME such that the view from above is
