PLEASE INVENTORY ALL COMPONENTS TO ENSURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY. INSPECT ALL PRODUCT PARTS TO ENSURE THAT
THEY HAVE NOT BEEN DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT/DELIVERY. IF ANY PRODUCT
PART IS DAMAGED, DO NOT USE AND IMMEDIATELY RETURN THE PRODUCT
TO EVERLAST FOR A REPLACEMENT.
TO FILL PROPERLY, YOU WILL NEED:
– Water Source OR Adequate Weight Material (i.e., sand, etc.)
STEP 1.
Position base on a level surface, at or near the location in which you plan to use
the EVERLAST ELITE FREE STANDING HEAVY BAG. Access to the base cap.

NOTE: This product is designed to move slightly when struck. Keep bystanders

at a safe distance while using this product.
STEP 2.
When filling base with weight material, insert a funnel and fill to desired weight.
To ensure an even distribution of weighted material, replace the base cap and tilt
periodically while filling to shift the material around inside the base. Continue fill-

ing and redistribution process as needed. Replace the cap and tighten completely.
Free Standing Base
STEP 3.
To place the bag back onto the base, align the lock pins inside the bag with the
channels on the stem. Slide the bag down onto the base to your desired height.
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENTS
The bag height can be adjusted to your personal preference using the 6 position
options, in 3-inch increments. To adjust bag height, align the back lock pins with
the stem channels and slide the bag up 3 inches at a time until you reach your
desired height. Twist bag until the pins lock in to the ends of the horizontal channels
and fall into the slot. The bag should be at the lowest level when not in use.

MOVING LOCATION OF FREE STANDING HEAVY BAG
Base Cap
A filled base is extremely heavy. Full attention and control of the unit is required
when moving a base to avoid serious injury.
NOTE: Always ensure the base cap is completely tightened before moving.
Place the unit on a dolly to move a filled base.
EMPTYING THE BASE
Remove the base cap. Using the handle as a lever, pull and tip the base over slowly
and allow the base to drain.
NOTE: Water can also be siphoned out of the base.
