CCM-C1 Multi-Connector
Coax Compression Crimp Tool
The Southwire CCM-C1 compression tool is designed to
quickly and securely install RCA, BNC and F type
compression connectors onto RG-59, RG-6, RG-6Q, RG-7
and RG-11 coax cable.
WARNING:
Tool is not insulated. Never use tools
on live circuits. Wear eye protection when using tools.
Keep fingers away from mechanism while using tool.
1. Install the connector onto a properly prepared cable
according to the connector manufactuer's instructions.
2. Make sure the Connector Chuck on the tool is set up
for the type of connector being installed.
3. To set up the tool for a different connector type:
Pull the Connector Chuck in the direction of the arrow
in Figure 1 to remove.
Reinstall the chuck so that the marking on the insert
matches the desired connector type and is facing the
connector.
4. If the compression length is too long or short,
adjust using the thumbwheel.

5. Make sure the Rotating Stop is set for the
cable type being terminated.

6. To select another connector type,
rotate the stop 180 degrees.
