This international limited guarantee is in addition to the statutory guarantee of the seller
which may not be excluded.
Louis Vuitton shall not be liable for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential
damages, except for damages to persons and claims under Austrian Product Liability Law.
The product shall be returned with its original battery and charger to a Louis Vuitton store.
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Belgium
The international limited guarantee set out above is in addition to other rights
and remedies available to you under mandatory Belgian law. In particular, you may have
a right to resort to Louis Vuitton obligations under applicable Belgian law governing
the sale of consumer goods, which are not affected by the terms of this international
limited guarantee.
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to the Czech Republic
This international limited guarantee is provided at the discretion of Louis Vuitton
and gives you specific legal rights which may be exercised in addition to other rights
and remedies available to consumers under the laws of the Czech Republic governing
sale of consumer goods. National rights and remedies are not affected by this international
limited guarantee.
