• Always remove the plug from the socket
when the device is not in use.
• Do not immerse the kettle in water or
other liquids.
• In the event that electric kettle becomes
wet or moist, remove the plug from the
socket immediately.
• The kettle may reach high temperatures
when in operation. Do not touch the hot
surface. Use the handle.
• Turn off and disconnect the appliance
from the power supply if left unattended
and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.
• The kettle can only be used with the base
that it is built for.
Warning:
This appliance must only be used for that which it is intended. Any other use is
considered inappropriate and therefore dangerous. The manufacturer cannot be
held responsible for damage caused by improper, inaccurate or unreasonable use.
The use of any electrical appliance involves compliance with some fundamental
rules.
In particular:

• Do not touch the appliance with wet or moist hands;
• Do not use the appliance with bare feet
• Do not use accessories or parts of other products that have not been
specifically recommended by VICEVERSA. In the event that said accessories
or parts are used, the warranty will no longer be valid.
• This appliance is intended for domestic use only.
• Do not leave the device exposed to atmospheric agents (rain, sun, etc.).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Before use
Before using the appliance for the first time, carefully read the instructions for
installation, use and maintenance, in addition to all of the safety warnings.
1. Remove all of the packaging.
2. Check that the product is not visibly damaged, that it has all of its components
and none of which are damaged.
3. Remove the filter behind the spout and wash it under water.
4. Replace the filter in the correct position.
5. If necessary, shorten the cable by winding it under the base.
6. Insert the plug in the socket.
7. Remove the kettle from the base, press the button (A) to open the lid and fill
up to the maximum level.
8. Close the lid, put the kettle on the base and flip the switch down to turn it on.
9. Wait for the water to boil and empty the kettle. Repeat this procedure at least
3 times.
Suggestions and warnings for the user
• Do not use the kettle to heat liquids other than water to avoid damaging the
appliance.
• Boil only the amount of water needed in order to not waste water, energy and
time.
• Always use cold water to improve the quality of hot drinks
• To prolong the life of the appliance: empty any remaining water from the kettle
after every use, and regularly remove limestone from the inside of the kettle.
Potential faint rings or spots on the inside of the vessel are normal
and are caused by verification and functionality tests, which every part must
undergo before packaging.
