1 Ground Screw (#6)
1 Circular strap (#9)

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Screw the two Mounting Screws (#8) into the circular strap (#9) and Hex Nut (#12).
Mount the circular strap (#9) to the Outlet Box (#11) using the two provided Outlet Box
Screws (#7). The side of the circular strap (#9) marked "GND" must face out. [Make sure
the threads of the Mounting Screws (#8) are facing outside when the circular strap (#9) is
attached to the Outlet Box (#11).]
