TROUBLE SHOOTING

1. How do I reset my player?
Insert a small pin or other sharp object into the reset hole located at the left of the player. Hold until the
player shuts down.
2. The video file cannot be played
Make sure that the video file can be played in Windows Media Player. Use the same PC to convert
the video file.
Make sure that the clip contains video and audio content. The player does not support any video
file without audio channel.
Make sure the clip is converted successfully through the conversion software.
3. Cannot transfer song to player
Capacity of the device is full.
4. How to delete Music, Video & Photo from the player
To connect the player to PC, use your PC to delete Music, Video & Photo from the player..
5. The player cannot power on
The battery level is too low. Connect to PC for charging.
6. Keys don't work.
Check whether LOCK key is on. Move the slide.switch to OFF position (downward) and try again.
Restart the device.
7. No sound during playback.
Check whether the volume is too low.
Ensure to plug the earphone firmly.
8. Characters are corrupted
Make sure to select the correct language. Try to download some songs and go through auto music
library building process.
9. The music file cannot be played.
The file may not be compatible with our player. Please check the supported formats in the section
"Technical Specification".
10. Files can't be seen in PC
