Press and hold the STOP/USB/SD button more than 2 sec in STOP mode, system will change
to USB/MMC/SD mode .
NOTE: The unit does not support MP3 Players designed as USB stick.
RADIO /CD/MP3 OPERATION
USING THE RADIO
1. Press the FUNC button. Select TUNER mode.
2. Press BAND to select the desired wave band: AM, FM
3. Tune to required station by pressing BACK/TUNE-DN or NEXT/TUNE-UP
Manual Tuning: Press BACK/TUNE-DN or NEXT/TUNE-U and release within 1 sec. Auto
Tuning: Hold SBACK/TUNE-DN or NEXT/TUNE-UP over 1sec. And then release it at any time.
After key release, the auto-tuning operation will start until it fi nds a station.
PRESET CHANNEL: The device is able to save 30FM and 10AM stations.
(1) Press BACK/TUNE-DN or NEXT/TUNE-UP to select the desired station.
(2) Press the MEMORY button once , The MEMORY number indicator shows in the display.
(3) Press PRESET-UP OR PRESET DOWN buttons to select the desired number
(4) Press the MEMORY button to save that station.
(5) Repeat steps (1) to (4) for other stations.
4. After end of program. press PRESET-UP or PRESET-DN to start playing the frequency that
you selected or press number key on the remote control
5. Adjust VOLUME button to desired volume level
Note: The FM STEREO indicator will be on when you are receiving FM stereo programs.
6. Turn off the radio by press FUNC button to select another mode.
7. After you switch back to radio mode, your presets will still be there.
MONO/ STEREO
Press MO/ST button once on the remote control, MONO is displayed
Press MO/ST button twice on the remote control, STEREO is displayed
PLAYING CD/MP3
1. Press the FUNC button to select CD mode
2. Open the disc compartment door.
3. Place a CD/MP3 disc into the tray with the label side facing up.
4. Close the disc compartment door (auto play) or When other mode, Press PLAY button
5. To interrupt playback, press PLAY/PAUSE button. The track number will be fl ashing every
0.5s. Pause function will be kept after BACK or NEXT. To resume playback, press PLAY/
PAUSE button again.
6. During CD play, the LCD display show ESP. This means Electronic Skip Protection is engaged.
In CD mode, ESP time is 40s, in MP3 mode, ESP time is 2 minutes.
7. To stop playback, press the STOP button. After stopping the display shows total time and total
number of tracks.
NOTE: Don't cancel the ESP function while in the CD/MP3 mode.
SELECTING A DESIRED TRACK/PASSAGE
During playback you can use BACK/TUNE-DN or NEXT/TUNE-UP to select a particular
track.
1. If you have select a track number in the stop or pause position, press PLAY/PAUSE to start
playback.
