INSTALLATION
Unpack the machine carefully. Check out that it has suffered no damage during its delivery.
•
Place the device on an horizontal surface, flat and firm, away from heat or vibration sources.
•
Connect the device to a grounded 230 V, 50/60 Hz power source.
•
When using the device to remove wax from cylinders, place the holder (D), the tray (C), and the grid (B)
•
inside the tank.
OPERATION
Fill the tank with water up to the holder level (D).
•
Place the cylinders on the grid (B), with their openings downwards.
•
Turn on the main switch (green light) at the back of the machine.
•
The green light at the front will light up.
•
Select the water temperature by turning the thermostat (F). To produce steam for removing the wax from
•
the cylinders, turn the thermostat to the steam zone (I).
The device will start to heat the water immediately.
•
If the red pilot light stays lit permanently, it means that the device has no water. Turn the
device off immediately, or add more water. Prevent splashes.
Once the work has been finished, turn off the main switch at the back of the device (next to the power cord
•
connection.
Remove the material from the tray.
•
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
In order to ensure a high reliability and a long working life of the device, we strongly recommend:
Do not ever operate the device with no water.
•
Always use the holder (D) to protect the resistor.
•
Keep the lid shut while operating the device.
•
There is a fuse box in the power cord connection. Replace the fuse (4 A) when needed.
•
Clean the device with a cloth periodically. To do this, unplug the device from the power source.
