6. PROBLEM SOLUTIONS QUICK GUIDE
If the controller does not work properly as indicated in this manual, in some cases after a console
software upgrade, we recommend you try the solutions given below:
SOLUTION 1: After some major upgrades of the console software, it is possible that the option to
use PRO controllers in the console is disabled; then you will need to re-enable it after the console
is updated. Please follow the steps indicated to enable the support of using PRO controllers again:
• In the console settings menu, go to SETTINGS menu, and inside this menu select CONTROLLERS
AND SENSORS, and check that the option for supporting Pro Controllers is enabled, because this
option is disabled in factory settings or after a console upgrade, and it may be the reason why
the controller is not detected.
SOLUTION 2: If you already checked that previous option is enabled and the controller still does
not work, it could be a problem of lack of space in internal memory of the console, so we
recommend you follow these steps:
• Disconnect the controller, free up some space in the internal memory of the console, remove
any microSD card (if you have any inserted) and try to re-connect the controller to see if the
problem is fixed.
