-Set Temperature:

Press Set button 1x time,Screen show "SH" and PV side number blinking, the
temp can now be set using the
-Set Compression Time:
Press Set button 2x time,screen show "SE"the time can now be set
using the
-Confirm setting: After finish setting of time and temperature you should
press set once again to confirm the your setting, screen will exit setting
mode and start heating.
-Countdown: After platen closed, press
down press time.
PRESSURE RELEASE VALVE ADJUSTMENT:
pressure with the hydraulic jack CLOSE the pressure release valve turning to the RIGHT. Then
the system will be ready to apply pressure.
IMPORTANT: Apply the pressure smoothly once the pressure limit is reached, do not force the
machine. May cause oil leaks and hydraulic system failure NOT covered by warranty.
To realease pressure on the plates, OPEN the pressure release valve by turning it to the LEFT.
The hydraulic system will release the pressure and the plates will open automatically.
TIME
TEMPERATURE & TIME SETTING:
Set button
to increase or decrease time.
CLOSE
OPEN
TEMPERATURE
Increase button/
countdown button
to increase or decrease temperature.
"TIME" start Counting
Before applying
