Remove the four (4) M12 hex nuts from bumper mounting bolts.
CAUTION: THE BUMPER IS NOW LOOSE FROM THE VEHICLE. PROVIDE SUPPORT.
NOTE: The bumper may be removed for easier access into frame for hex bolt & block.

Raise hitch into position aligning holes in hitch with holes in frame and brackets as shown.
3.
Feed hex bolts and spacers through ends of frame rails with pull wire and loosely install through frame and hitch.
4.
Reinstall bumper (if applicable) and loosely install hex nuts.
5.
Realign bumper and tighten all fasteners to specified torque.
Note: check hitch frequently, making sure all fasteners and ball are properly tightened. If hitch is removed, plug all holes in trunk pan or other body panels to
prevent entry of water and exhaust fumes. A hitch or ball which has been damaged should be removed and replaced. Observe safety precautions when working
beneath a vehicle and wear eye protection. Do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch.
This product complies with safety specifications and requirements for connecting devices and towing systems of the state of New York, V.E.S.C. Regulation V-5
and SAE J684.

Tighten all 9/16 GR5 fasteners with torque wrench to 110 Lb.-Ft (149 N-m).
Tighten all M12 fasteners with torque wrench to 68 Lb.-Ft (92 N-m).
