SPECIFIC ADDITIONAL TERMS OF WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO RUSSIA
This International Warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law, which may not
be excluded. In addition to your rights above, Hublot goods come with a warranty that cannot be excluded under the
Russian Law 'On the Protection of Consumers " Rights ". In particular :
If your Hublot goods are defective, you are entitled to a replacement (with the same Hublot goods or similar goods

from another manufacturer with the purchase price being recalculated) or a refund for a major failure and compen-
sation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Furthermore, the customer is also entitled to have the
goods repaired if the goods are not subject to a major defect.
The absence of a properly completed warranty card does not release Hublot from its warranty obligations.

SPECIFIC ADDITIONAL TERMS OF WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO TURKEY
This International Warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under local law, which may not
be excluded. Under Turkish laws, the warranty period is 2 years beginning on the date the goods are delivered, and the
expected life span of the product is 5 years. The fullest extent of the goods, including all parts, is within the scope of
warranty. Should the goods be evaluated as defective, the consumer can use one of the rights granted in Article 11 of
the Law Regarding Protection of Consumers numbered 6502,
cancellation of the contract,
•
discount in the sales price in proportion to the defect,
•
free-of-charge repair,
•
replacement of the defective goods with a new goods.

The seller is liable to perform whichever request is preferred by the consumer. If free-of-charge repair or replacement
of the defective good leads to disproportionate difficulties for the seller, the consumer can cancel the agreement or
request a discount in the sales price in proportion to the defect. In determining what is disproportionate, the value of the
goods free from the defects, the severity of the defect, and whether or not the exercise of other optional rights would
constitute a problem for the consumer shall be taken into account.
Should the right of replacement of the goods with new goods be chosen, the seller is required to satisfy such a request
within a maximum of thirty business days from the time they were sent to the seller, manufacturer or the importer.
Otherwise, the consumer is free to use other optional rights.
