TIPS

Place the cupcakes on a wire rack to cool down for a few minutes. Do
not pile them on top of one another after cooking, otherwise they will
soften.

Do not overfill with batter because it will spill over.
•
Make sure the mixture is thick and not runny (watery). Follow the in-
structions of the recipe carefully.
•
The cupcake maker is also great for preparing muffins.
•
Always coat the non-stick surface with a small amount of vegetable
oil. This can be done with a paper towel or with a non-stick cooking oil
spray. Wipe off any excess oil. It is recommended to periodically do this
after use to maintain the quality of the non-stick coating.

Do not use left over cupcake mix. The results are better when you cook
cupcakes right after you have made the mix.
•
Let the cupcakes cool for a few minutes and then enjoy them fresh and
warm.
•
You can use cupcake oven-proof paper holders if desired.
