TROUBLESHOOTING
If the fan stops working, please follow these steps before contacting customer service:
PROBLEM
The fan does not
turn on.
The fan has suddenly
stopped.
The oscillation
function does not
work.
The fan is on, but
the wind is not
strong enough.
The remote control
does not work.
POSSIBLE
CAUSE
Fan is not connected
to a 220-249 V
AC, 50/60 Hz
socket.
The timer has
expired and
the fan has
switched off
automatically.
The oscillation
function was
not switched on
There is dust/debris
on the back of the
fan.
The batteries are too
weak.
The remote is too
far away from the
device. The remote
control does not
send a signal to the
device.
SOLUTION
Plug it into the
appropriate outlet and
turn it on again.
Check all the timer lights
on the control switch are
off. If any of the lights are
on, press the timer button until all
lights are off.
Check the corresponding button for
the oscillation function is on. If not,
press the button to start the
function. This can also be done
while the fan is in operation.
Turn off the fan and pull out the
plug. Clean the rear grille with a
soft, dry
cloth. Plug in again and
turn it back on.
Follow the operating instructions of
the remote control and the
guidelines for using the remote
control batteries.
